Sara has been a water lover all her life, teaching swimming, children and adults, since aged 18. She found her love for paddleboarding on the Pembrokeshire coast. Sara now enjoys living and exploring the stunning Jurassic Dorset coast.

Training and Experience
Sara has paddled for endurance races such as Trent 100km, Loch Awe, Great Glen & Cinque Terre. Also lucky enough to paddle and enjoy the sea all over the world.
Wanting to be able to share her love of the coast and paddle boarding with others led to completing a paddleboard fitness Instructor course in Sandbanks and then the paddleboard Instructor L1 & L2 course 2018 in the beautiful Carbis Bay on the Cornish coast with the Academy of Surfing (ASI) accreditation.
